What is your return policy
- You have two weeks from the date of delivery to request a return using our return portal here. We must receive your return within 2 weeks of your request otherwise we cannot honor your return.
- All clearance items, gift cards, studs, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We do not offer prorated returns on orders placed at a promotional price and one forfeits the sale price if they wish to return part of the order.
- We offer a checkout+ experience that includes free return labels and package protection. If you do not include it with your purchase, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Everly Rings does not accept returns for items with any signs of wear or damage. Merchandise must be new and unworn, have not been resized, and free from scratches and dirt/debris. If you fail to return an item in this condition, we will ship the item back with the cost of postage covered by the customer.
- Please note that there will be a $5 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.
